Named after a super popular Vietnamese motorbike, Screamin’ Veemis was a Vietnamese fusion restaurant famous for its Katsu Banh Mi. After many years creating food concepts for clients, we thought we’d better make one for ourselves. After all, how hard can it be? Turns out, REALLY HARD. But what I learned about creating the concept and running the business as well, has made me far, far better at my job.
