Australians are some of the biggest complainers in the world when it comes to bad service or products, according to research by American Express.

Apparently Australians will tell 23 people about bad service they received as opposed to 10 people they’ll tell if the service is good.

And importantly, the report ranks Australians at the top of the list of countries that say that a negative service experience would reflect negatively on the company’s brand image.
